Reserve rooms easily and visually! V:SCOUT’s room booking system enables you, your employees, and students to book spaces efficiently. Book your room directly from the floor plan or from the list of available rooms. The current booking status is displayed live on the floor plan using color coding, giving you an instant overview of which rooms are available and which are already occupied.

Whether conference rooms, meeting rooms, or training rooms – centralized and transparent management helps you optimize room utilization and ensure fair allocation, while reducing the workload for your staff.
